The Interim Use program at Local Color comes from partnerships formed with community conscious developers in San José. Buildings are activated in between development cycles and re-opened as creative co-working spaces and artist studios offered at below-market rates. Local Color now operates three locations, each one can meet the needs of creatives working in an array of mediums and focuses.
