A word from Elba Raquel and translated by fellow community members,

“Deeply rooted within us are the values our ancestors have engrained into communal living such as love and respect. To coexist in an inclusive community, we must align our mind, spirit, and actions into a collective force of positive change. With time, this mindset of service that we nurture will grow to touch the lives of everyone with whom we have interacted, enriching communities, societies, and the world exponentially.

En nuestras raíces están los valores que nuestros antepasados han arraigado en la vida comunitaria, como el amor y el respeto. Para coexistir en una comunidad inclusiva debemos alinear nuestra mente, espíritu y acciones en una fuerza colectiva de cambio positivo. Con el tiempo, esta mentalidad de servicio que nutrimos crecerá para tocar las vidas de todas las personas con las que hemos interactuado, enriqueciendo exponencialmente a las comunidades, las sociedades y el mundo.

Bắt nguồn sâu xa trong chúng ta là những giá trị mà tổ tiên chúng ta đã khắc sâu vào cuộc sống chung như tình yêu và sự tôn trọng. Để cùng tồn tại trong một cộng đồng hòa nhập, chúng ta phải sắp xếp tâm trí, tinh thần và hành động của mình thành một lực lượng chung thay đổi tích cực. Cùng với thời gian, tư duy phục vụ mà chúng tôi nuôi dưỡng này sẽ ngày càng phát triển để chạm đến cuộc sống của tất cả mọi người mà chúng tôi đã tương tác, làm phong phú thêm các cộng đồng, xã hội và thế giới theo cấp số nhân”.
